Terms of Service

1. Services

NumberCrunchers provides bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, payroll processing, and CFO advisory services to businesses. The specific scope and terms of service are outlined in the service agreement signed between NumberCrunchers and each client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information, granting necessary access to accounting software and bank accounts, and responding to queries within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Billing and Payment

All plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept all major payment methods including ACH, wire transfer, and credit card.

4. Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will provide a complete handoff of all financial records and ensure a smooth transition to your new provider.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial data as strictly confidential. All team members sign NDAs, and we follow SOC 2-compliant security practices. We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee 100% accuracy in our bookkeeping services, our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
