1. Services
NumberCrunchers provides access to its finance operating software together with bookkeeping, accounting, payroll coordination, accounts payable/receivable support, VAT and year-end readiness, and management reporting services delivered by qualified personnel. The specific scope, service levels, data handling, and fees are defined in the order form or master services agreement executed with each customer.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information, granting necessary access to accounting software and bank accounts, and responding to queries within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Billing and Payment
All plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept major payment methods including bank transfer, card, and local rails available in your jurisdiction.
4. Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month or annual with mutual agreement. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. On cancellation we provide a documented handoff of records and credentials to ease transition to your next provider.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client financial data as strictly confidential. All team members sign NDAs, and we enforce least-privilege access and role separation across bookkeeping, review, and reporting. We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we implement rigorous accuracy controls across bookkeeping and reporting workflows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
